The lessons include, tour of the local Sicilian market (where there’s locals shouting and where you find the best bilogical & organic food), you will the buy all the food needed  for your meals, once returned to Licchios restaurant the cooking course will commence. It will be held throughout the restaurant and in the professional Chefs kitchen.
